InformaCorp Signs On With the California Lodging Industry Association

InformaCorp, the hotel technology company, is proud to announce its new membership with the California Lodging Industry Association (CLIA) as an industry partner/vendor.

CLIA was founded in 1946 and is based in Sacramento, California. The organization is recognized as the largest independent statewide lodging organization in the United States. Their mission statement sums up their commitment to California’s lodging owners and operators:

“The mission of the California Lodging Industry Association is to promote, protect and advance the interests of lodging owners and operators statewide, and to provide a network of resources to support member efficiency, profitability and professionalism.”

CLIA not only offers an extensive listing of endorsed providers and vendors, it also hosts the annual California Lodging Expo and Conference in conjunction with the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). CLIA has an integrated website, located at www.CLIA.org, and member service hotline, both offer resources and information from a buyers guide to guidance with concerns or questions regarding innkeeping law, wage and hour issues, regulatory issues, labor laws, marketing tips, tax liabilities and other related questions.

As a hospitality vendor on the west coast InformaCorp is exceedingly encouraged by this partnership. “This opens a wide avenue of networking possibilities within our key market,” says Chris Sennings, President and CTO of InformaCorp.
